I already got my NBI clearance and I have no crime record on it but when I was supposed to get my police clearance, the officer told me that I have a pending case at court,I was shoched bec I dont know anything about it.The Name of the person differs on me by one letter only, but doesnt have a maiden name.What would I do with it?Can I get a Police clearance from different depertment?Can I show them my NBI clearance that I am not thesame person on there file?

if you have the right documents and can prove you are not the person you are suspected of then you should have no problem but if you do have a record that does not agree with the system then you should find the lawyer that will help you with the case you are charged for.

I'd give it a shot but if it was something they wanted you for I bet they would have taken care of it while you were there. I'd go back and argue that it be fixed. It could bite you later.
