Yes, driver's licenses keep track of driving history so non-driving offenses do not keep you from obtaining a d.l. However, there are some exceptions, such as transporting an open container, minor in possession, failure to pay child support, or writing a bad check to the DMV that will suspend or revoke your valid d.l. You should be fine but your local DMV office in whatever state you live in will be able to give you specifics.

I wouldnt be so sure that you can get your license. As far as I know many states have cracked down on licences to minors with a drug or alcohol related offense. I am not sure if it affects you if you dont have a license yet. Heading down to the DMV should clear it up for you pretty quick.

only if it has not been suspened by a judge. if you went to court and served and juvie time or community service it could still be suspened call the courts and ask the driving dept. they should give you the answer you need. most likely it got suspened and you will have to wait until you are 18 or even 21

of course you can, driving has nothing to do with the point that you possessed drugs. But I'd say you better check with the authorities first b4 you hit the road.

Probably not but, if you burglarized someone's home, committed arson, robbed a bank, or even stole a car and wrecked it, you're good to go. Same goes with student loans. you gotta love the "good ol' USA, Land of the Free." Yeah, right!

No, in Goergia. You are suspended for serious offense by person under 21. Re-apply when you turn 18.
