Regretfully not yet. The gov. is loosing steam cause there is not enough money to prosecute everyone but let's face it, it's time to be pragmatic and accept to coexist with drugs by legalizing and regulating them and helping the addicts that want help.

Years back I know this guy who wanted to be a cop. so he would hang around them . Then there was an opening in this small town , the guy didn't score high on the test there was someone else who did. The guy wa sgiven thje job because the cheif liked him and didn't want the gal to get the job even though she was working in the department. So this guy gets the job, after a time he leaves and goes to a bigger force stays there awhile. Then goes on to the city to be a cop. Oh besides that he has taken from a former employer. He smoked grass too. But his family thinks he 's the greatest because he's a cop. They think his brother is crap because he never got the breaks,

Hi,sorry to talk abt a shameful thing I did ,but I really want to share it with someone yet I cant risk the friends around me finding out . So I had no choice but to say it here . I am a guy ; I’m 25 yrs old , I live in Singapore.I started work in the Family Court recommended by a job agency, but it was a very stressful job.I wasnt able to take the work pressure as I do not know the court procedures, often made mistakes,my buddy pushed a lot of his work to me. The colleagues were slipshod in training me and I went to my supervisor for help . She told me I wasn’t trained in the proper way and she would train me under my wing . That never happened . I was transferred from the mentions court to a hearing court for 2 weeks to be under another mentor . However , I still couldn’t take it and had tendered my resignation only 3 weeks into the job . But they required me to serve a one month’s notice and I had to compensate the job agency 1/3 of my monthly salary as stated in the contract .

I got a fix it ticket because I did not tape my taillight all the way and I am not sure if I have to get a new tail light before I go to court or just tape the rest of the broken light. I just taped it all up and was wondering if I just go down to the pd station and show them that I taped up the light. So do I need to get a light ? Or can I shoe them that I taped the problem??? help

My boyfriend and I were leaving a party when two girls were coming (one who liked him). They started to jump me, but didnt know his girl cousins were close behind. So they ended up getting beat up pretty badly. The girls then went to the police, acted like they didnt know him, "picked him out of a lineup" and the police charged him with battery and robbery (because their purses were stolen) Now I was there, and know it didnt happen like that. I have talked to the detective handling the case now and he claims there is nothing that can be done since the warrant has already been issued. Had the police done their job investigating the crime in the first place it wouldn;t be on him, but it is until he goes to court. How can this be possible. His cousins even went and admitted to the crime. I was originally the victim, and now he's the one in trouble. This doesnt seem like it should be possible. How is it??

that after the state picks up a case, and you keep trying to tell them that you want the charges dropped, that before the court date you can make and appeal before a judge to get your case back from the state?cause I am in situation right now and and friend of mine was in a situation with her mom where her mom stole her car and dragged her up the street with her hanging out the car and the state was telling her THEY were going to press charges against her mother, cause she didnt want to so she went to night court and talk to a judge to tell him that she wanted her case back and she wanted to make an appeal, and the judge gave her another court date, and they asked her was she sure she wanted to drop the charges and when she said yes,the wrote null invoid on the case.Has anyone ELSE heard or experienced anything like that?cause i need to know EXACTLY what to do and how to do it so I wont continue to ruin my sisters life.serious replies only, that know what they are talkin about, thank you

It must be public info right? All these gossip rags and internet sites get the celebrity's mugshots.

My brother had gotten a dui and we want to get his mugshot for him to remember that day so it won't happen again.

My husband got a few driving tickets about two years ago, and never went to the court date for them. Now he's got to pay over 2000 dollars.... Is there any way he can take this back into court and try to get the amount reduced, or any other options?

The tickets were for no drivers license type things....

I told a friend this would not be acceptable, but he claims it would be fine, althought the payment won't make it there until five days later. Also, he gave the officer a bond card when he was stopped for the ticket. Will they return that to me or my insurance company? I don't remember getting it back in court.

maybe with a little training, so they will know who to shoot at. This would alleiviate the overcrowding in our jails and prisons.

I live in a peaceful small town but recently there has been a lot of chaos. One of our most respectable town members, we call him Boss Man, was a former prison guard.

About a month ago, an ex-con who calls himself Nailz, took out ads in the local paper that alleged he was abused by former prison guard (Boss Man) while in prison and also claimed to be innocent of his crimes.

Last weekend at the town carnival, after the arm wrestling competition, Nailz – dressed in orange prison garb (I'm sure bought outside prison) and hell-bent on revenge – charged and brutally attacked Boss Man, eventually using a nightstick to injure his one-time tormentor.

My question - shouldn't the police have done something when Nailz was putting these ads in the paper? If they were proactive Boss Man would not have endured this beating.

There was no cause to pull me over for DUI, but my 2 witnesses from my company who could agree, could be diced up by prosecution if I try to use them in court since they were drinking heavily.

This was in Georgia and none of the 3 of us live there. The report says we were "weaving numerous times" crossing lanes.. a total lie, but there is no video used in his car. He is lying in nearly every sentence of the incident report, even saying I told him we were coming FROM the hotel that was in front of us.. I'm talking *egregious* lying. The stop was certainly illegal, but I cant prove it.

I passed all tests easily but I have heard when they say to "blow harder!! blow harder!!" (he did, every time) they do this when they are in jeopardy of being wrong, so they want the last bit of breath from the bottom of the lungs where more alcohol is present, but isn't truly "a breath".

Either way, is there any possible way to convince a jury of all this if I went to trial, or even that the BAC (.11) was incorrect as read by the machine? Or am I screwed by a typical corrupt cop and should just accept the plea/conviction rather than paying for an expensive trial that I have no visible evidence to win?
