You were not worried about selling pot, why worry about carrying a pistol? Looks like you owe the wrong people, maybe you should go on Opera or Dr. Phil.

If you were a small time hood, then there's not alot you can do other than find a way to pay.
If you were higher on the food chain, you MIGHT be able to provide significant trafficking information to the DEA or State Police in exchange for informant money and 'get them before they get you'. The only problem with that is it may not take long for them to figure out who the snitch is... and then you're on the run again.
Ye reap, what ye sow....

I was in the same situation.I stopped 9 yrs. ago.Major money was made and it was very hard for me to get out of it.Allot of people still owe me money to this day and I owe my guy allot of money just like you. It's not fun having to look over you're shoulder everywhere you go or be paranoid.I moved into another house and changed my phone # and got a different car right after I quite,In the same town.Luckily my guy lives about 50 miles from me and don't know the small town I live in.Just hang in there. He'll write it off one of these days.Just like I did with the people that owe me money. If you think he will come after you then you need to move on for the sake of you and you're family's life. But,if he was going to do something he would've done it by now. It's not worth it to keep selling, you did the right thing.Don't ever go back to it.It's only drug money and he can make 20 grand in a months time.Or even sooner.I'm sure allot of people owe you money 2.What allot of people don't know that answered you're question is.This is money that you didn't have to begin with or you're guy.You owe him nothing. That's the risk you take when you deal is someone ripping you off for thousands of dollars.I started when I lost my job and my husband lost his shortly after and was loosing my house.I had worked yrs. saving money for my house and was not about to loose it.It was the only thing I could do at the time.People just dont realize how much money is involved in this.

Its all good... its just a hurdle, you made a bad descision in your life.. and bad descisions always haunt you. But, if you endure and get past it you will have a better life for it.
When making a decision you should always look at the good and the bad.
Good: you don't go back you duck for a while an they never find you and life goes on and you have a job and your respect, and only positive things happen to people who follow positive aims.
Bad: you dont go back and they catch you and kill you. Its still all good, in dealing drugs you dealt other people misery, and now your absence will only make the word better...
So you see don't sweat it either way this story has a happy ending....

Ok, you basically ripped of your dealer while you were a dealer and now since you have changed your ways you want help? My suggestion is pay it back. Even in the criminal world there is justice. Once something happens then the police can handle it until it does you need to watch your back.

If you dont want to keep looking over your shoulder you need to pay the money back !
I doubt he's going to let 20,000.00 slid. your lucky you havent been hit by a car yet.
Re-morgage your house, or get a loan from the bank, if you cant then pay the money back weeky until its paid.
If not then your going to live a crappy life having to look over your shoulder.
Your calling the police because you sold drugs and you owe your dealer money????? good luck with that!

Play with fire you're gonna get burned. I have no sympathy for anyone who dealt in drugs. You're looking for answers from others to revolve your problem that came about while dealing drugs. You knew it all then, you should know the answer now. If you don't have the cash, you better find a good place to hide beause your life won't be worth a plugged nickel if you don't pay up.

tell him you are being "watched" by the DEA and cannot "do" anything.get a highly trained attack dog. buy a cattle prod.
there are many things you can do.....i just cannot repeat them on here. :)
