I have a joint bank account with this person. We want to get an account wit a company that I owe money to. Can I legally use their idenity to register if I have their permission although they dont live with me?

Your car is clean inside. You haven't been drinking or anything else and your not acting suspicious. After getting your info the cop asks if he can search your car. If you say no what can he do? I know about probable cause but in this case there is none so I don't see why you should let them.

Saturday evening I was heading up to the high school for a "talent show" type event. I get up to the road adjacent to the front parking lot. This punk in a truck decides to roll through the stop sign even though I'm mid way through my right turn and decides to ride my bumper... I got angry and accelerated, but I didn't exceed the 30 mph speed posted... Well, as I pull into the parking lot (which I might add is full and cars surround the entire lot), this cop decides to give me a ticket. He cites me for unsafe speed (too fast for conditions). He didn't list the speed at which I was going or the method used to find my speed. And, he was behind a whole row of cars, view blocked, and he sure as hell didn't shoot radar or my radar detector would have went off. I think he made the assumption that because my exhaust is loud as hell and it sounded as though I was speeding, I must have been speeding. He didnt sign the ticket or list the speed. Would I have any success in the court?

My ex-boyfriend was recently put on probation in San Bernardino county, California. He has harassed me in the past and I have heard from friends that he has been talking about vandalizing my cars.
Should I contact his probation officer and make him aware of the situation? And if so, how can I find out who his probation officer is?

It was dark with no road lighting on a 70mph road in Scotland and the police were standing outside their car pointing a hand held device at me. I think I may have been travelling at about 90ish ( I know it's stupid, shame on me!) but they didn't pull me over or chase me or anything. I thought these devices just registered your speed but couldn't take your registration number. I thought the police had to then pull you over to give you a ticket. I'm thinking, how could they have seen my registration plate with my lights shining at them and at the speed I was doing? Does this device take my registration? I know the mobile camera vans can get your registration number as these have more equipment in them, hence the need for a van. This was only a hand held device though. Does anyone know if these devices are capable of this and if I should expect a letter in the post from the police? (No lectures about me speeding please) Thanks

My son was a passenger in a boat and died. The operator walked away and never even called 911. Not only did my son die, another passenger died as well. The operator is enjoying his life while my life ended on that horrible day.

I go to Cuba twice a year using my Passport from Spain since I have dual-citizenship and when I get back the FBI sends me a certifide letter that they want to talk to me!!! About why I go to Cuba using a Spanish Passport? IT IS NOT THEIR BUSINESS!!! THEY CAN KISS MY A.S.S!!! What I do in Cuba is my business and nobody elses. Well, i was cleaning out the back of my truck i just bought, and in the tool box was a stun gun. Not an actual one that shoots, but the hand-held ones that you use close range. I was just wondering, how painful is it for a quick zap? Im tempted to do it, but kinda nervous. Also, is this illegal to carry around in public (like in a pocket) or in a vehicle for self defense?

Would you and how would you protect yourself from them in a somewhat small town. Right now I could turn in 5 crack dealers but I have children and relatives living with me-I want them off the street, but I don't want to jeapordize my family's safety.
