I go to Cuba twice a year using my Passport from Spain since I have dual-citizenship and when I get back the FBI sends me a certifide letter that they want to talk to me!!! About why I go to Cuba using a Spanish Passport? IT IS NOT THEIR BUSINESS!!! THEY CAN KISS MY A.S.S!!! What I do in Cuba is my business and nobody elses. This is why I'm afraid of a National ID the surveillance will be worse. Why doesn't the government get out of my life?

If you have dual citizenship, you MUST be aware that the US restricts travel to CUBA. When you go there on your Spanish passport, it looks suspicious. With the world's state of affairs, it is law enforcement's business when somebody circumvents normal procedures.

You either need to be more clever about your trips to CUBA, decide which country you owe your allegiance to - in which case drop the other citizenship, or stop going to CUBA.

By the way, why do you go to CUBA?

It is the US governments business! Cuba has been an enemy of the US ever since Castro took over the government there. There are laws restricting US citizens visiting Cuba due to their spying and other issues.

The Cuban Government has been actively promoting communist revolutions and insurgencies in Latin American countries for decades.

The dictatorial government of Cuba enslaves their citizens and keeps them in poverty. I don't know why you want to go to Cuba? I would not be able to sleep at night if I knew that 1 penny of my money was going to the government of Cuba and helping them to continue their terrible policies.

If you want the government to stay out of your life then start obeying the law. You will have no trouble after that.

I know people who have dual citizenship and they travel to Cuba, but they avoid all this problem...what they do is travel to the Bahamas first stay for two or three days and then fly to Cuba. Then they travel the same way back. This way they avoid the problems with the US. I suggest you consider this way if you want the government to leave you alone.

It is the business of the US when a US citizen travels to Cuba. If you don't want to be questioned, give up your US citizenship. If you want to come to the US then expect to be questioned. I have no problem with it.

If you hadn't heard there is currently a U.S. embargo on Cuba. Hence if you circumvent that embargo you're probably going to get talked to. Skirt the rules in such an obvious fashion expect to at least get talked to.

You hate it here so bad, go live in Cuba or Spain. Try bitching there about the government.
