If you put it in their school stuff and they discovered it during class, could the person who put it there be accused of sexual harassment?

Absolutely, 100% and if the person that put it there was over the age of 18 and gave it to a minor, that is "distribution of pornography to a minor" a felony

Most states basically allow the 'victim' to define harassment. Sometimes they can decide after the fact. I believe every state would be willing to charge sexual harassment in the case you describe.

This is not a good thing to do, as anything pornographic
and not anatomically related could get you into trouble,
how old is the person that the picture was given to,
this is a disturbing thing to do, at best..................................
