Thats nice, I guess there is no need to let their expertise go to waste. When I quit/retire I think I will write a book on where precisely to shoot to get a bullet past a kevlar vest.
Sad.....very sad.
unfortunately not suprising though

But it doesn't make sense, because all cops have to do is read the book too, RIGHT??? I personally don't give a sh!t, but as for freedom of speech, then he's good to go. Criminals will always find new ways to their trade, but the ratio of people not getting caught to those getting busted are 1000s to 1. So either someone's doing a pretty good job at hiding their contraband or it's all a matter of bad luck.
As for the k-9 dog...yes you can mask the human scent using animal pheromones. As for drugs, air tight containers submerged in chemicals have been found to work also.

Here's what I think. Who cares, he is not telling anything more than what a streetwise criminal already knows. As to his hiding secrets. Great you made it harder for us to remove. But guess what I have helped to totally, I mean totally tear a car apart down to its frame, all interior out, panels off, cutting torch on. A dog alert is as good as a search warrant, Carrol Doctrine.
So go ahead and hide your dope in a cavity in your car. I personally see it as a challenge and an opportunity to legally tear up your car, leave it in pieces at your expense, and to laugh at you all the way to the jail.
If you think this guy was Charlie the super narc then you have another thing coming. I guess in Texas if you don't just hand them your drugs you must be a super villian.
Dope work is always changing and your never safe as a dealer. If you think his "secrets" will save you from a determine investigator, I would guess again.

that is held as data. even as the case is over, the money is going into the police coffers or the city authorities coffers. the medicine are destroyed. the automobile is bought and the money used through the police branch. the money is frequently used to improve police equipment or to purchase new equipment.

drugs as well, I hope they do, as drug crimes are a total
