There is difference between opinion and judgement. While opinion is result of individual's mind set, judgement is result of reasoned opinions of others and evidences. Judicial judgements are binding opinions are not.

Buddy same is the case with the State Executive. If the Prime Minister or the Chief Minister feels there should be free power or total prohibition on liquor or ban on films or ban on press then what are we to do. This is the result of one person's opinion.
At least in the case of judges, it is the collective submissions of all the parties and the totality of evidence which is decisive for their judgment. Judges cannot act like dictators or monarchs. Courts of Law function according to a set of procedures such as the Constitution of India and Codes relating to Civil, Criminal and Evidence.
This will only add further confusion to the question u have posed. In the case of our elections and representative capacity, even I wonder how we submit ourselves to one person, how we allow one person to rule over us, how we have no other option than to follow according to his wishes. May be after all these ages we have come through, we have decided this to be the best way to live.

In ALL cases where a Judge uses opinion instead of a factfinder
or a matter of LAW, the decision is appealable. But in some cases, a Judge will use bad law simply as a gamble as to whether or not you will appeal it. And they know the appeals process takes anywhere from 2 to 5 yrs. in alot of cases thereby getting their way if only for a little while, unless you don't appeal, and that's usually what they count on. It is a sad state of affairs these days as Judges in my opinion are given far to much power and authority.

you know what, we dont have accept someone's opinion as judgement. This is the scenario i have done something which accounts to me is right, but I not the only person living in this earth. so. some one tells that i have done wrong, that is his opinion, but a judgement is nothing but telling me why i should not do it which accounts to see each and every member of the public. Thank you

At all times we have to be obedient.
Judges never interfere in everything. 1st of all a complaint is lodeged by any person. Only after complaint, case is fixed. All opposite parties are given full chance to defend / express. Only after l o n g discussions, judges announce decision. We have to accept mind sets of others. I am forced to eat food of choice of my wife. I am forced to listen to her. I am forced to speak as per her desire. All this is slavery. You have to listen to others. Judges have no personal dushmani against you. You can always apply for re-view. You can show your point of view.

I believe u r making mountain out of a mole hill. Let them if they r doing, it is not more than a fraction of a percent. Soemtimes it is required also. See MCD supported by Govt of Delhi has not woken up ispite of 8-9 months of continuing efforts by Residents of Delhi to free their residential areas from Land mafias, business lobbies and politicians who are partners in crime committed for 40 years making a mockery of developmental plans, rules and regulations. Such people only raise hue and cry of adventerous judiciary. let them do what the Govt functionaries fail to do. We can raise our voie wher judges also go wrong as in Katara case, Matoo case, Jessica case, Rasoi /Bagiya case of naina lal sharma etc etc. and force cases to be returned by higher courts.

Constitution has given certain powers to Judges under the law. Since they are the interpreters of law public cannot question it.

You don't have to. You can totally ignore the judge and tell him to go to hell. Tell him you don't recognize his authority and that he is satan and you cast him back into the firey pits of hell.. then let us know how it all worked out for ya.
