If you want to make them feel like you are being nicer to them, ask them lots of questions about themselves in conversation. People love to talk about themselves, and tend to prefer people who allow them to do this. In addition, be willing to do them little favors and show concern for their emotions.

It depends who you are, nice is relative to the kind of
work you do and the kind of person you are, if you
persist you can be good to everyone, but sometimes
you will need to draw the line so that you do not end
up being a doormat.........................................................
