I got a speeding ticket for driving 17 miles over the speed limit. When the courtesy notice came in the mail, it said that I HAD to come to court and that I HAD to pay the amount stated. When I actually go to court.. what do I plead... not guilty or no contest?... what is the difference?

After I left the UPC in the early morning hours, I
walked in the cold until I reached McDowell and
Central. It was a little after 8:15 or so in the
morning. I hailed a cab from Sunrise Cab company and
he crossed over a couple of lanes to reach me near the
bus stop.

The cab driver had long grey hair and a straggly
beard. Everything was normal until he started talking
about minotaurs and big foot. He even showed me a book
with a pentagram (sp?) star on it, an upside down star
symbolic of the devil. It had pictures of minotaur
skulls under x-ray?!!!

Anyway, he started asking me really bizarre questions
about if I believed in them and big foot, including
how this explains why people develop 6 fingers and
other abnormalities.

The cab ride was surreal; the most surreal
conversation I've ever had with anyone. The total cost
of the cab ride was $20 even. He dropped me off on the
gate-side entrance to Villagio on Hardy.

Ok - really weird scenario, but here it goes. I had a washer installed the other day, and the installer left it outside for his partner to pick it up. Somehow, it ended up on my neighbor's lawn and they called the cops. I know that he was going to come back and pick it up, but now the police are involved and want to speak with the young man. I don't want him to get in trouble for something he didn't do neglectfully. How can I help?

what if we just chop off the arms of violent offenders and released them, legalize drugs and free those convicts, and finish off those sentenced to death 72hours after judgement.

Relating to intentionally arresting and wrongfully convicting just to make the poor fellow's life miserable. Also, the consequences of the fool who knowingly did it so their life is messed up.

Ok firstly I know I should not have been speeding and I deserve everything that is going to be trown at me but I need some advise to ensure that I get off as light as I can.

This is the situation:

I have 6 points that are current on my licence now and I was pulled over on a motorway by a unmarked police car. He said I was doing 115mph.

I intend to plead guilty (As i did it) I have a letter from work and some exeptional hardship examples to cover but is there anything else I could say or do to aid my case??

Hope you can help me. Thanks. Hammy.
