Yes, check Title 18 United States Code Chapter 109A Sexual Abuse and Chapter 110 Sexual Exploitation and Other Abuse of Children.
Most of the crimes under Chapter 109A state that they must happen within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States or in a Federal prison. Which basically means a territory or property in which the federal government has jurisdiction and not the state in which that property is located.
If the crime is committed at a location in which the state has jurisdiction, then it is a crime of the laws under that state.
