They can take most of what you own.... but they cannot take anything that you do not own, like something on hire purchase, as this still belongs to the supplier or credit company until it is paid for. however they will try to do a deal with you first as second hand items are not worth very much at auction.

THEY CAN NOT LEGALLY TAKE ANYTHING OR FORM OF PAYMENT UNLESS YOU WISH DO SO OR INCREASE YOUR DEBT AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE THEM ANY ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY AS THEY DO NOT HAVE COURT WARRANTS ALSO NOTE IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE UNITED KINGDOM TO BULLY ANYONE WHICH MOST BAILIFF APPEAR TO BE. SHOULD YOU FEEL BULLIED BY THEM CONTACT THE POLICE!!!!

if you owe them funds in relation to the company then he can take goods to the amount of the debt . And its for them to determine what youre goods are worth
