you can't-I got one b4 and they have the info they need to get what you owe them-best to pay and be done with it

I'm extra careful at the stop light with the camera in my city now

this is unless you can PROVE you didn't break a traffic law-it doesn't matter who was driving either, if the vehicle is registered in your name, you are responsible

take a picture of a check and send it to them.
