I doubt it.
You could always use public transportation or call a taxi.
The DWI was your fault, why should you be granted a hardship license after the fact? Stay sober next time you get behind the wheel and you won't have to worry about finding a ride to work because your driving privelages won't be stripped away for being so careless.
You could've severely injured or even killed someone by driving while intoxicated.
You know that old saying ... "You made the bed, now lay in it."

You can try pleading your case to a judge, but my hubby says that it probably would not work. (from Indiana) He doesn't seem to think that the judge would be lenient in a DWI case, but it can vary of the circumstances of the case, how high was the level on intoxication, or other charges such as causing an accident or having children in the car or drugs in the car or suspended license....the variables are numerous. If this is a first offense and you tested relatively low, you may be in luck. I can't give you any more information with what you have said. Good luck.

They will not give you a hardship license. You are suspended for a reason. Your punishment is loss of license they are not going to say oh you were drinking and driving so here you go why dont you drive some more.

maximum probably your NJ DWI hasn't hit your PA license yet (i'll anticipate the second one fee ticket become in PA). that may take a lengthy time period. even as the platforms reconcile, you'd be charged with utilising on a suspended license and face the ideal consequences, that would comprise detention center time, community service, added suspensions and a huge fantastic. you'll get fortunate in that both platforms received't sync up in the previous each little thing is cleared and the statute expires, yet i doesn't rely upon that.

I would seriously doubt that the state of Indiana does that.

depends on your suspension, you need to talk to an atty, and it,ll cost a few dollars but you can get them for to and from work and home related chores. but you,ll have to file an sr22 and get high risk insurance. best to call a few atty,s and get quotes from them, good luck
