Is on the tele now. This prisoner has served 19 years in a british prison. He was being filmed talking to the parole board and needed a translator?
Wouldn't it have been cheaper to have thaught him English instead of wasting tax payers money on translators over the last 19 years. ?

I work with a guy who has let it slip that he is in the witness protection program.
Ok so I actualy overheard him, but the fact remains.
I wanna know what he was involved in, and who he really is.
I don't wanna be working with a major violent criminal, which he very well could be, as most people in the program at telling on their former buddies, to get thier own *** out of trouble.
any ideas?

My friend was going to go into the police station (or "pig pin" as we like to call it.), shut the door (so littel kids dont hear it) and walk down the hall to where all the cops are, Pull out a CD player with a speaker set, and play the song "fuck the police" while singing along with it. The song is not more than 5 minnets long, and he has not come out yet. I have been sitting here on the steps with my PSP (I use it for internt) for over an hour. What is taking so long.

I have heard that sometimes you can get flashed from a speed camera and never recieve a penality, (no film in speed camera) but what if someone drives through a red light BUT NO FLASH was seen, would the driver still have been caught by camera or would it be a fake?
I saw a car drive straight over a pedestrian crossing today. It had been on red for quite a bit, and it just drove straight through. I was behind the car but i never saw a flash go off and wondered if that car would get caught?

I just opened a mail from the City of Boston. I was surprised and shocked to find an overdue ticket Violation in the amout of $60. The Reason: Double parking. I have never ever got a ticket in the location mentioned, and also never got the original ticket to pay. My girlfriend lives on the same street in downtown Boston, i usually pick her up by double parking the car, staying in it, and putting the flashers on like all other cars waiting to pick up some people. The whole thing does not usually take more than few minutes... It is really unfair! and now they are increasing the fine because they have not recieved the first payment. PLease help, what do i do? Do i appeal it? what do i say? Will they believe me if i say that i never got the original ticket?!

I don't believe that they all are, but just as an estimate, I would have to say that about 80% of them are. But I wish to have actual statistics of this. From what I have seen in court, this is the same for Judges.

I have a friend who is kinda silly and does stupid stuff, and today he said he had a bomb in his shoe, (classic dumb move for him) and a teacher overheard him, and the police, ambulence, firetrucks, and state officials all came and he got in alot of trouble. However, he's not a trouble maker and has a clean record.

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?
Did he deserve it?
What punishment would you give him?
How long do you think I should wait before I call him?
