You are a shining example of why the criminal justice system needs to put people like you in prison or jail rather than the "kinder" or "gentler" punishment of house arrest with an ankle bracelet.

Be thankful you are benefiting from the "oh, the poor criminal" school of thought, serve your extremely cushy sentence, and pay your miserably insignificant debt to society.

Oh...and stop whining.

You just don't get it, do you. The reason it is there in the first place is that you apparently have no regard for following the rules.

The best way to remove it is to complete your house arrest without incident. Then, as if by magic, they will take it off and you won't have to wear it anymore (unless, of course, you continue to exhibit your disregard for the rules and are put under house arrest again).

First, create an electromagnatic pulse device that will disrupt all electronic equipment in your city. Then pay some homeless dude to show up for your replacement. Then all you have to do is pay the hobo to stay at your house during the given hours. They will usually only require booze and occasionally, food.

Oh dang. You should go watch Disturbia and figure that one out. EDIT: Oh wait, you're for serious? Uhm... wait for serious right? I don't know, do they have a key or deactivator or something?

you can't take it off without ruining it. plus those cost over $1000 plus you will get locked up in jail for vandalism. plus have to pay the state/county back for the damage you caused.

If it ever come to light that you attempted to remove your ankle device, you will be in vilation of your parole, and be sent back to prison to finish out your term.

You can't without setting off the alarm. Instead of trying to circumvent and break the law again... try going straight.
