well i was watching the Movie 44minutes not too long ago and my future brother-in-law (who's a cop) was talking about how the robbers planned the whole thing and he mentioned that the robbers were meth addicts and thats why the bullets didnt really effect them because even with all that armor it would still hurt like hell to be shot. so im just wondering if they really were meth addicts

and it happened in thier front yard, the 2 guys were trying to grab him cause they knocked him off his bike with thier truck and he was crawling back wards on the ground, so his sister ran inside and got thier mom, and when she came out the guys took off, my nephew is ok, but the cops came 2 hours later, and my sister in law said she was gonna shhot them. the cops told her if she did she wouldbe in jail. i really dont understand why, if it was on her property and shes trying to protect her child, shed be sittin in jail, they told her, if your gonna shoot, shoot to kill, theres 2 sides to every story. the system here is so messed up.

Again I am asking this question after a couple months looking for some input. Again this will be my primary concealed firearm and I plan to buy one shorty after my 21st in a couple of weeks.

I've had my eye on the CZ-75 for some time now...but I'm always open for new suggestions :)

Additionally, when do you think is a good time to start classes for training?

I have been trying to figure out who to write letters to to try to re-open my aunt's missing persons' case. She disappeared in 1992 while vacationing with her boyfriend. She called my grandmother the night they left and we never heard from her again. The boyfriend is now in prison for another woman's murder. We are sure he killed her, but can't get justice! We've written letters and made phone calls to the law enforcement involved and they act like it's too much work for them to try to do anything more. What is the next step?

I would especially like to hear from active duty police and persons in public office of one kind or another who have to deal with the public, but I am still interested in the oppinion of anyone else who feels strongly about the issue.

They are suppose to enforce the law, and arrest people who do things that put others in harm. They rarely, if ever testify against each other when a fellow cop goes astray. They protect them and show their moral bankruptcy. Aren't they suppose to set a good example for the communities in which they serve? How do they get past the psychology exam?

During some crisis moments in my depression, I was mental health arrested for self harm, and the police took me to the hospital on more then one occasion. Afterwards, it seems as though I was a joke to the local PD and whenever they saw me again they acted pissed. Don't they realize depression is an illness, and sometimes were are not always responsible for our thoughts and actions?

How come the police officers involved in the shooting of Meneses are being taken to court over this matter. The facts speak for themselves.
1. When challenged by armed police, he ran away because "He didnt speak good english". Surely armed men shouting "Armed police, stand still" has a pretty universal meaning, and even if the words were not understood, common sense dictates that when clallenged by armed men, you stand still.
2. It was the midlle of summer, and he was wearing a thick padded jacket.
3. He ran into a train station and vaulted a ticket barrier. Firstly, running away from armed police, scared or not, running away from the law is just not smart. Secondly he ran into a tube station. a crowded, enclosed space with a lot of people. The police were under the impression a man, possibly carrying a bomb just ran away from the police and into a crowded place. They then acted on training and shot him. So why, with these facts, are they criminals??
