In an emergency its 911. I know that it is corny but the local dispatchers have the State agencies listed. This id\s from personnel experience. I called my local emergency line and got connected to the other state police emergency number a whole lot quicker than I would have trying to Google the agency.

Either call your own local police department and they can get you the number you need or try the highway department in your state.

You might just try "information". Tell them the city and state and they should be able to hook you right up with the number you're seeking!

DO NOT call "911" for this information. That number is for emegencies only and you could actually be charged with unlawful activity.

GOOD LUCK!!!!

you can call your local police dept (ROUTINE LINE........NOT 911 like that other guy said (i'm a police dispatcher and would want to kill someone who called and asked for a phone number on an emergency line) and they should be able to look that information up for you. Or you could look it up online. www.411.com is a good place to start.

Click on the link below. Go to the proper state, then click on Sheriff if it is a county agency or Police if it is a city department.

call 411, and ask for the city, then ask for the non emeergency number. However, if it indeed an emergency, like someone calling you to say goodbye because they have taken meds, just call your own 911 number, and they will get through to the other city's 911 operators.
