Most of the time Judge goes with those Cops... GODD I HATE THEM!!!! they don't pull over people that are driving like crazy but instead people that are driving normal like 70 or the max 75.plzzzzzzzz heelpppp me

First of all, believe it or not, people lie to the police all the time (I know that is shocking). If I pull someone over for speeding, I'd say about 25% of them tell me that it wasn't them, and there is "no way" they were going that fast. I don't stop cars unless I am sure that I have the right car and that my radar is in working order. You say you were under 80 because you were going to take an exit? Not once do you say you know what speed you were going because you looked down at the dash board. You also say the other car was "going probably like 100". I wouldn't use that language on the stand, because what it is saying is that you have no clue how fast it was going. Unless you can say that you were looking at your speedometer at the exact moment you were clocked by the officer how do you know what speed you were going?
I would suggest you hire a lawyer or one of those paralegal ticket fighting companies to see if you have a shot at winning in court.
By the way, most police officers I know will say that the justices of the peace (preside over traffic court here) are usually slanted in favour of the defendants and that many are anti police.

I will continue to hand out tickets because traffic enforcement slows people down and that saves lives... and it is my job.
I don't do it to get adulation and praise from people like you.

Most current radar systems show which car in a group was traveling over the speed limit. They use leds and a display to show which car it was. If he was using lidar, it is popinted directly at the car he wants to know the speed about.

I regards to not pulling cars over driving crazy. In my county, any given time, there are 45 to 50 marked patrolcars on the street. This is for an area over 1500 square miles. This means each cop is responsible for 30 square miles each. How many cars in the 30 square miles are driving crazy? I am willing to bet atleast several. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to complete a traffic stop. There is no way we can catch them all.

Instead of hating the cops, go to one of the agencies in your area, spend the day riding with an officer. See if you can do the job better. If you think its possible, then go be a cop and make the world a better place.

Either he did clock the car that was going around 100 or he didn't. But start by going to court and seeing what the judge says. If you have a decent driving record maybe, he'll believe you. If you dont' like his decision, find out before hand if you will be abel to appeal it so that you have that to fall back on when you go to court.

Hm. Nine years of running radar, and I never got the wrong car. And we had old technology waaaaay back then.

Go to court, appeal the decision if you get nailed, and hope the county court drops it for being overwhelmed with real cases.

Your best bet is to contact an attorney and find out your options before you go to court. Good Luck.

For some reason, I believe you.

Here is some free info on how to beat a speeding ticket:

But, one more thing...don't hate cops for trying to do their job...remember, they are human and sometimes they even make mistakes.
