I work with a guy who has let it slip that he is in the witness protection program.
Ok so I actualy overheard him, but the fact remains.
I wanna know what he was involved in, and who he really is.
I don't wanna be working with a major violent criminal, which he very well could be, as most people in the program at telling on their former buddies, to get thier own *** out of trouble.
any ideas?

You should tell him that if he doesn't tell you what's up, you'll take his picture and start sneding it to major newspapers and television shows. I think that might be illegal though.

There is no way to find out. It is secret, even the agents who work directly with him will not know, only that he is in the program.

And many people are just witness, a worker or a neighbor who saw something on the way to work, and testified against someone very dangerous.

Not all people in the Witness Protection Program are criminals, some testified against criminals and are in hiding. But either way, mind your own business, because if you get wacked, its your own damn fault for being nosey. And if you hear a loud bang, hit the floor or jump out the window.

The only way for you, as a normal citizen to find out is to ask him. If he chooses not to answer, you're out of luck. That's the whole idea behind the WPP.
