Does anyone know anything about it. Do they do it on their off days. Are the officers seen on the show onlyl public relations officers? Is Reno's crime rate so low that they have the time to make a Cops spoof? What I do know is: it is completely off-the wall. What do you guys think about that show?

I saw this video on the news of a man being tasered by police at the airport. He was extremely angry and could not explain himself because he did not speak English. He ended up dying....so I was wondering, is taser use justified?

Common Argument:
"Psychedelic drugs should be kept illegal because otherwise people will drive under the influence and kill people."

My rebuttal:
Using psychedelic drugs require complete focus and dedication to master, just like playing the violin. But then, why isnt playing the violin made illegal, since if you play the violin while driving you can kill someone?

And besides we have lots of laws against driving under the influence. Obviously these would not change if psychedelic drugs were made legal. And in order to make the initial argument you need proof to show that DUIs would increase, which I have no knowledge of such a case study.

OK, this is the scenario. This is in Indiana. An attorney files a motion to the court, the other side is Pro Se. This attorney files a motion to the court, then serves it by mail to the Pro Se side. The Pro Se side get the motion in the mail 2 days later and gets an objection to the motion in to court the day after they receive it in the mail. By the time the Pro Se side files their objection in court, which mind you is the day after they had received the motion, the Judge has already granted the attorneys' motion before the Pro Se side has even received the motion. Wouldn't this be a violation of the Pro Se's Due Process of Law, as the court did not allow enought time for them to get an objection motion in?

Is it ironic that most people who support little to no gun control and support the death penalty are also the same people who think that we should not legalize drugs?

Back home in San Diego(The Promised Land) there was a case of a Marine that was poisoned. His beautiful Wife collected $400k from insurance. After she collected the money she went out and partied, go breast implants and all sorts of stuff. She went to trial and was found guilty. I do believe that she killed him, but at the same time, maybe she had nothing to do with it, but was still happy that he died. There's lots of people in my life that I want dead, and would celebrate if they died.

I was wrongfully terminated and the landlord has ask me to leave because I no longer work for the company. I moved here in 2005 to present. The complex that I worked for was always changing management compaines and I was ask to stay since I was a good worker and had some time there. The management company had hired a new Property Manager for the complex on May 24, 2007 and that was the 9th manager that I have had within those 2 years. Well the manager terminated me (@ will) on July 10, 2007 after she hired a male Leasing Consultant on June 11, 2007 and paid him more than me and want me to train him on the complex. Well since I was terminated she have sent me a notice for non-renewal but never stated why I had to move but she wanted me to vacate the permises by October 31, 2007. Yes I am still here, I just think that my housing should not be base on my employment when I no longer get the discount I pay the full amount that is on my lease, that I just sign in June 2007 mon to mon

Before anyone answers, please read carefully. The question on the application form read :" Have you ever been convicted of a crime, excluding misdemeanors and summary offenses, which have not
been annulled, expunged, or sealed by the court?" I am not stupid and I do now how to read but this question was a little confusing. I am not sure if they are pertaining to only felonies or felonies and misdemeanors.

At my school, students cell phones are confiscated. Sometimes for days, but usually just until a parent comes to pickup the phone. This recently caused someone I know to be nearly fired. Are students required to hand over their phones if they are seen during a studyhall, and if so, can administration look through the phone?

Thanks

My husband is currently having to pay child support for his 6 yr old and 4 yr old while the mother of the children isnt working at all and has them in daycare and after school care.. We are both over our heads with the situation.. We are having to pay $900 and an additional purge amount set by the judge for $1000... The $1000 has to be paid within the next month but on top of that the $900 is being taken from his pay check broken up into 2 payments a month $450 ever 2 wks which in turn leaves him with $400 to pay the purge amount... I am currently paying all the bills we have with my check I get every 2 wks which isnt nearly as much as my husband makes... I just really need advice on where to look for this packet to modify the child support for my husand.. By the way we live in Tampa if that helps any...

I recently won a small claims case against a business....i won by default judgment because the business never bothered to file a defense or take it seriously. Now that i have won and am bound to collect the business is taking it seriously and the first course of action they are trying to do is to have the owner's name removed from the case (as well as filing a motion to set aside the default judgment). When i filed my case i not only put the business name as the defendant but also added a 2nd defendant: the Owner himself.

To give you insight, this business was to do contract work on my home...they never bothered and so i am suing it. I wanted to put the owner on the case as well because i feared that by suing just the company this business would just claim bankruptcy and change its name and i would see nothing. By having the owners name i could go after him exclusively...Is that allowed or acceptable? I fear this is what he is planning on doing (claim bankruptcy or just

I am at college and was accused of downloading music from the internet. I didn't download any music, and i later figured out my IP address had been spoofed. To gain my internet access back, I must pay $70 to have my computer cleaned of the supposed songs and download software. I told the people I didn't download anything but they still said they would charge me $70. Is it legal for them to charge me if they find nothing and do nothing to my computer? Is there any laws I could use to challenge their stance.
