Before anyone answers, please read carefully. The question on the application form read :" Have you ever been convicted of a crime, excluding misdemeanors and summary offenses, which have not
been annulled, expunged, or sealed by the court?" I am not stupid and I do now how to read but this question was a little confusing. I am not sure if they are pertaining to only felonies or felonies and misdemeanors.

the question specifically excludes misdemeanors so as such looks like only felonies

Have you ever been convicted of a crime which have not been annulled, expunged, or sealed by the court?
Do not include misdemeanors or summary offenses.

As a side note, the question is written very poorly. For example, the singular "crime" is followed by the plural verb "have."

they are not interested in misdemeanors, that is why they want to exclude them from the answer.

It already says '...exluding midemeanors...' so it's right there in front of you. You have no reason to be confused. It means -have you commited a major crime and have you already gone to court for it?-

Thank you all for your answers, I just wanted to clarify what I read. Oh and Taylor, if you have to be rude when you answer a question, maybe you shouldn't answer it at all.
