Yes, it's legal, because there is only a 2 year age difference.

First of all relationships are perfectly legal no matter what the age difference. Its when you start becoming sexualy active with a minor in any way of form with her that it becomes illegal. A lot of people wrote that it is legal beacuse its only a 2 year age difference. The first person said that.THAT IS NOT TRUE. No matter what the age difference is if you are 18 and she is a minor it is illegal. For example:

If you are 18 and the girl will be turining 18 like an a hour if you sleep with her of have any sexual contact you can get arrested. The thing is that most prosecuters will not press charges on relationships within 2 years becasue it really is not that much of an age difference. That does not mean its legal though. If you did have any sexual contact with the girl before like the 1hr before she turned 18, even like 5 minutes before she turned 18, you will get arrested if someone pressed charges on you. If the parents found out somehow and wanted to press charges your butt would be in jail.

Yes you can be with yourgirlfriend. You cannot be sexually active though regardless of the age difference once you turn 18.

Google "age of consent laws" for your particular state and you will know exactly what you can and cannot do while "dating" hist 15 year old. In most states, you are going to have to hold out until March to take "dating" to the next level.

"TRUE STORY" about the teend jailed for ten years is only half of fhe story. Here is the rest of the story...he was freed and charges were reduced dramatically:

Depends on the state you live in. Right now it's not an issue but when you turn 18 and shes 16, it could be. Age of consent can be a BIG issue and you don't have to be having sex for this to become a problem. States like Montana and Nevada among others, age of consent is 16, but in California it's 18. I'd suggest googling "age of consent in" whatever state your in. Once you hit 18 and shes only 16 still, you may have a problem. And if you decide to stay with her despite the age of consent law, just remember she can scream sexual harrasment anytime and you are screwed.

Well I guess that would depend on what state you live in most states say having sex is around 16 but dating wise I would have to say that would be up to the parents of the child just as long as your not having incourse with her you should be ok but I will tell you the samething I tell everyone go to ask.com type in the question and check it out. but let me see what I can find out for you. I was right lol just as long as your two are just dating nothing else it is ok

I am no expert but as long as you don't "do" "anything" with her I don't think they can argue you are anything more than just very close friends. If her parents are OK with you I doubt they would call the cops and say you "abducted" her. Just don't do anything you wouldn't do with a 6 year old cousin. (ie. Do not do anything that could be considered rape, do not sneak her out at night, etc. just be good in general.

It is legal to be girlfriend and boyfriend with that age difference. It may or may not be legal to be in a sexual relationship depending on what state you live in.

If you are "just dating", then there is absolutely nothing wrong with your relationship. If your relationship has become sexual, then you have to take into account the age of consent in your state. If she is the age of consent, then you are okay.

It is not illegal to have a girlfriend who is a minor if you are not. The only way it is illegal is if you have sexual intercorse, which I do not suggest. It can cause emotional pain along with a heightened chance of pregnancy. If you do have a sexual relationship with her and word spreads, you can get in trouble. Just don't have sex with her and you'll be fine.

Yes, if you are not physical, which a 15 year old girl should not be with anyone of any age. Surely you are not taking advantage of her youth???
