Yes! You should do it immediatly go to the police to speak to someone about this and they should guide you on what to do. The sooner the better. If anything happends theres a record of hiam already! Dont be scared your kids need you!

Sure but phone threats are almost impossible to prove. You say he did, he says he did not. Why should a judge that knows neither of you find against him?

You really should have a discussion with a divorce lawyer. If you are afraid for your safety it will be a lot easier to get a protection order than a conviction for phone harassment.

unfortunatlly, you can't press charges yet at least,my suggestion is for you to find a recorder you can have installed to record the conversations you have with your ex.(find a survallence shop in the phone book).Once you record even a little bit bring the tape to the police and tell them you fear for your life. They will most likely set a restraining order against him.Now when your on the phone with him don't be incriminating(I don't mean illigal talk I mean Coaxing him on if he is doing what you say he is, he will sink him self). Will he risk his career to screw with you.I think he just needs someone bigger than him to push him around the Police.

I don't see why not. Aren't there some states where you can file rape charges against your husband. Go to a family counselor. they can give you a lot of good advice on what to do, but if he's abusive with you, then he would be abusive to them.
