Does anyone know anything about it. Do they do it on their off days. Are the officers seen on the show onlyl public relations officers? Is Reno's crime rate so low that they have the time to make a Cops spoof? What I do know is: it is completely off-the wall. What do you guys think about that show?

Reno 9-11 is not made by the Police, it's a spoof of the show COPS, and is made by comedians completely

Hello. Its not real. Its a comedy. Most of the actors on the show have been in movies and other TV shows. By the way I have been to Reno a few times and their cops are very tough. I once saw them jump out of a van and arrest a homeless addict. Scarred the guy so bad he wet his pants.
The show is funny making spoof of the show cops.

Oh sheesh! It's just a comedy show, folks! Do you think they are real Crime scene investigators on the CSI shows? Do you think Scrubs is about real doctors? Don't they have comedy shows in the rest of the world? You know, where a bunch of actors and actresses put on costumes and pretend to be what they are not... and act out funny situations?
It's JUST a tv show. The cops in the show are ACTORS and ACTRESSES.
