An 18 year old can go to a strip club (or work in one as a stripper) if it doesn't sell alcohol.
If it does, then it's classed as a bar, and patrons - and strippers - must be 21.

There IS a drinking age in Italy. It's 16.
The US is the only country in the world where the age is 21, however. "Most" countries are 16 or 18.

The fortunate youngsters whose people remained in Europe can do anything at the age of 18. That is the age of majority. You can drink, vote, go to horror movies....just anything!
