i wrote to them 11/07/07
how long will it take for me to get the letter from them



are the the people at the prison gonna read the letter
not that it has anything bad but still just wondering?


and are they gonna read what they write back to me??

You said many differt things to do,I phoned her mom and worked out arrangements for her to help me at school washing out the lunch bins.I thought ok some parent cares,B.S.The kid came to school the next day I was waiting for her.I went up to her she said I don't have to do anything for you my dad said so.I told her that now she had to deal with the police,She laughed at me a said my dad said I can't talk to the police either.I went home and phoned her mom to confirm what she told me.The dad got on and said it's your own fault for having things in your yard.I tried to explain me gate was closed she had no right to enter into it.He responded she's just a kid and started to yell at me and swear.I told him the next person he would be talking to would be the police he laughed and hung up.I went straight to the police aand made my statement.How abuot that?

freind of mines girlfreind wants to know: she gave up a child (tricked-never signed-papers)17 years ago,the child is in AZ she thinks but not sure, child born in NY.she wants to know when & if it is legal to attempt to find & contact child? Hello:

I have been working as an intern for almost a year.

Last week my employer informed me that I would need
to leave by the month because maximum duration of an internship can be 1-year without turning into a regular employee position. Otherwise, he has given me good performance review.

I also found out that he is planning to hire another intern to replace me.

Is it legal to do that. If the job description is the same, is he required to make me a regular employee instead.

Heres the deal, Had a DUI when I was 17 got it expunged, told the recruiter, im meeting with the comander tomorrow to approve my waiver. Were (recrutier, me, flight chief) are all pretty certain it will get approved. Also As a result of the DUI I willingly entered a 4 month treatment, so that I could get it Expunged. Were waiting on a waiver from the Surgeon General of the Military on that. MEPS told my recruiter their was a 70% chance I will get that approved since I entered the facility on legal reasons, not abuse reasons. My question is once I get all this stuff taken care of, what are the odds I will go down to meps and be sent back. I mean If I was honest about everything, then what else. My vision is 2020 and Ive never broken a bone, Had hernia surgery and believe it or not already got the waiver for that. What other **** could come up. Im joining the Air Force. What do you all think. Will everything be sufficient or will i have to come back then go back to meps agian.

for school, we need to do these dumb court cases. they are usually really easy but this one is lacking in the resource department. our thing has to include the following parts.

Complainant: Reynolds
Defendant: Sims
Date: 1964
Issue before the court: malapportionment
Historical data: (a synopsis of how the case was started) couldnt get this part.
Decision of the court: (the vote, who it was in favor of, and why) couldnt get this either
Importance of decision: (the impact it had) i can figure this out if i can please get the historical data and decision.

ive worked at a retail company for about 6 months, and i got offered a job in loss prevention. But before they let me change positions they have to do another background check, i have felony drug charges that are pending until i complete a probation program. if they see the pending charges will this keep me from moving within the company? and will it be better for me to just say what i have and be honest and try to explain or just wait and see if they even show up? (the background check is done by USIS)

I have the Petition for discharge(first offender act) document from superior court augusta judical circuit. This document states that
A.The defendant be discharged without court adjudication of guilt.
B.that this discharge shall completely exonerate the defendant of any criminal purpose.
C.That this discharge shall not affect any of said defendant's civil rights or liberties.
D.The defendant shall not be considered to have a criminal conviction.
E.This discharge may not be used to disquailfy a person in any application for employment.

What should I do if this document has been violated because I was fired on my first day of work. I gave the Manager a copy of this document and they still sent me home.

So I got banned from World of Warcraft and they will not tell me why other then i was useing a third party which i wasnt.. Anyways.. I had maybe 2 months left until my payment ended.. For those that know alot about the laws.. Is is illegal for them to not give me a refund? My friend said he found something about it and he said it was illegal, but i want to know from more then one person if it really is illegal. Thanks for the help =)

I purchased a Lexus GS300 4 yrs ago from a local dealership without knowing it had a salvage title,Found out about it recently when i took it in for a trade in apprisal.I wasnt told by the dealership or the salesperson about the title when i signed the papers.Didnt also know with the title because its a financed car and the bank still holds the title.What should i do in this situation.Can i legally sue them? should i call the dealer first?Would appreciate any info or help i can get. class re union coming up in two months and recieved an updated list of the names of former classmates and the company e-mails they work for. I have seen a company listed that I have been in desperate attempts to get a job at for the past 7 years. My dad was on his job for 22yrs and when it got time for him to retire they gave him a random drug for the first time and he failed it. Losing everything, it took my whole family to stop him from going to shoot the place up. A hard working man who never went to work intoxicated. It was a weekend thing to smoke pot. What happens at work if somebody gets hurt real bad and everybody goes to help them get an fatel blood trans mitted disease. What happens if somebody comes to work drunk and get a lot of people hurt. I believe in pre employmen drug test and post accidentle tests. Leave the rest alone. Leave me alone for i care for people, but i care for pot also.

I am 77. A younger and bigger man told me that his son was a highway patrolman and was going to do a complete background check on me. Him and his buddy then made a false statrment that I tried to run him down. I found out that he has no son on the Highway patrol. How can I stop this type of abuse?
