This is the most common question asked of any lawyer - the part that says "can I sue..."

The answer to such a question is always YES. You can sue anybody for anything. It doesn't mean you are going to win. You can sue your mom, your dad, your dog, your horse, your house, your yard. You can sue anybody and anything. You may as well expect that your case will get dismissed and you will pay the costs but you can always sue.

Did I make that clear?

Get a life. A little paranoia on the road is a good thing. You should be afraid of the other drivers out there but if you are too afraid to drive after taking a DDC class you need a shrink not a lawyer.

You should not be driving if that is the case. The road can be a scary place. As far as suing them.....get real. Stop taking lessons and get on with your life.
