who has heard about the chips they are starting to put in humans? some background is that the government has started to put tracking chips in humans with numbers as of right now people have the decison to have them but they are also on the new i.d.s and driver licenses. What is your outlook on the chips?

For a second there, I thought this was a Soylent Green question. ;)

RFID is here, and it's not a particularly frightening technology. Yes, a fairly small chip can act as a transciever, and send out a tiny data packet when scanned. Concievably, someone could hide one on you, but it still has to get scanned, and the range is pretty short. Having a GPS-enabled cell phone makes you a lot more trackable than having an RFID chip.

Never allow anyone to put a chip in you, I see a lot of people complaining about losing their freedoms, well these chips will let the gov track you anywhere you go.

The only thing I have heard about was a hospitial that did a trial implant with medical info.

I havent heard of anyone actually getting implanted chips, can you site sources please?
