So I got banned from World of Warcraft and they will not tell me why other then i was useing a third party which i wasnt.. Anyways.. I had maybe 2 months left until my payment ended.. For those that know alot about the laws.. Is is illegal for them to not give me a refund? My friend said he found something about it and he said it was illegal, but i want to know from more then one person if it really is illegal. Thanks for the help =)

No. The contract you agreed to when you signed up for the service specifically states you will not receive a refund if you are banned.

If you violated their terms of service it is not illegal for them to the terminate your account and not refund you.

Using a third party usually refers to using an unauthorized patch or software app to enhance game play, or you are using an unregistered or bootleg copy of WOW. You can email them and ask for further details, however you are unlikely to obtain a refund and they are most likely withing their rights.

I am sure it was covered in the TOS and you can find it on the WOW web site.

You might want to see if you computer has been hacked, or if there is an open wireless connection that someone else may have been using.
