My son has gone through problems and has got to the point that I cannot help him. He has bills. Although he does not talk to me, the collectors call. I have told them over and over again not to call because of my health problems and stress levels. They have been told to take my name off their list over and over again. Today, one collector called at 1:00pm. Next, at 6:00pm, another person from that agency called. Today was the last straw and I am attempting to keep track of calls. What can be done to these inconsiderate people?

Ok, so this is a tricky one here and any help would be greatly appreciated, also the speedier the answer the better as I have to move quickly on this one. So a woman came to speak at my school yesterday about privacy online, to make some points about Facebook she created a fake Facebook account that was not under her own name, took embarrassing images of people from the school, and used them in her presentation. However the pictures were either blurred or the face was blocked out, however due to the audience (a school in which these people belong), some people were still able to tell who the pictures were of. I want to know if what she did was legal, and on a significantly lesser note, what the consequences could be were she ever taken to court for doing that. Thanks for your help!

Across the street is a million dollar home that was in the parade of homes and it has a security camera in the front of the house the overlooks their driveway, but you can also clearly see my houses driveway, and even into my rooms window if blinds + curtains or open. Is this violating my right to privacy?

Oh, and this isn't a camera where they must "buy" the footage, they have a special channel they flip to see out of it.

I had a company deliver a washer and dryer. We purchased it at Best buy. They hired a company to come out deliver and install the waher and dryer. 2 weeks later, my wife noticed fluid all over the laundry room floor. It seems the installers unhooked our deep freezer next to the washer and did not plug it back in. This caused all the food to go bad. I contacted the delivery company, they said they never unplugged the freezer. Is it my word against the delivery people? Should I file in small claims or just let it go? They must have unplugged the freezer, it just didnt unplug itself. The food damage was around $300.00. Thanks for any advice.

I have an aunt who is having trouble with her neighbor. The neighbor is out to get her, and one way this neighbor is bothering my aunt would be with a video camera pointed at the side of my aunts house to watch every move she makes. This neighbor even calls my aunt to say she is watching her. The camera is not on my aunts property, but on the neighbors property, and my aunt doesn't want to be watched and it is facing the bathroom window, the window isn't really big, maybe 2ft by 2ft. Is that some how against the law, esspecially privacy laws? If it matters, she does live in Utah. I want to know because apparently the police won't do anyhting about it. Thanx

Despite the fact that its cheaper, why do we still import stuff from China if much of it has a high lead content or is otherwise harmful? At this rate, its just going to be recalled anyway. Why not just bring industry back to America?

The governments trying to make it a requirement to have the public microchipped....

Honestly, it's not my fault I live on there land, and I would leave if I could. They don't own me, so they have NO right to know where I go, that is my business.

Plus it's just creepy knowing that somewhere, a government official is watching you, 24/7. your every move.... You go to your gf's house, they'll know. You stop for donuts, they'll know. Sure, it'll stop things like binladdin, but at what price? Our privacy.

And not that I think what binladdin did was right, he's an EVIL bastard that needs to die, but if it for weren't things like that, the human population would grow dangerously, and a lot more than a few million people would die from starvation/lack of homes, etc. etc.
