Public indecency, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and if the truck engine is running, public endangerment. I believe, however, in most states these are minor misdemeanors, and depending on the officer, he/she may or may not charge you with anything at all. Make sure your girlfriend is of legal age, however, or statutory rape and/or contact with a minor for lewd and lecivious could also be added.

Not only is it illegal, even though it's a misdemeanor it's a sex offence.

The long term consequences are *enormous*. Count on being a registered sex offender - which makes you illegible for student loans, not allowed to live within 2,000 feet (or whatever your States line is) of a school or park, having your name and address on a Megans law website, etc etc etc.

Now, as the ex-cop and ex-sherrif said, you 'typically' won't get any more than a warning if you're caught - especially now that cops know the consequences are so Draconian - but that doesn't mean you *won't* be if you happen to get a cop who's pissed at the world today for some reason.

As an ex- deputy sheriff, I agree with the ex-cop. I and another deputy happened on one occasion to catch the County Attorney's son and his girl friend going at it in a car by the river. We turned a fire extinguisher on them but did not charge them with anything. They were minors at the time.

According to what your state laws are, being naked in pubic or committing lewd acts in public areas are against the law. Check the laws in your own state.
Then on the ethic side if you care enough about a girl to have sex with her you should respect her enough not to put her in a situation like the one you described. Get a room.
