legal troubles,activity,hockey?

i signed up to play hockey but i can not make the practice times that where given to me after i payed in full if the company doenst give me a refund could i sue?
and nothing of this matter was in the release form.

It's a contract issue. You need to read the paperwork you signed and see what it says - that will determine whether you're entitled to your money back.
