my son a student nurse assisted a casualty at the local cinema. The casualty was a friend who had called him at work to say that she did not feel well and could he come over as soon as possible. when he attended his frind was unconsious on the floor, she had fainted and fallen down some stairs. On his approach the manager who was standing over the casualty asked my son "what should we do" my son told him to get an ambulance. My son at a later date and on the request of the girls parents quite vocally expressed that the situation had not been handled appropriatly by the staff member who was the first aider on duty. Since the incident the cinema (vue) have banned him indefinatly. The cinema have said that my son interfered with management decisions, when we asked them to elaberate on this they refused. My understanding of legislation is that there has to be an end date to a retailers ban to an individual or possibly a writen explanation. Please help as there is a principle

Also, does the alleged father have to pay "back support" when she was the one holding up the proceedings?

Briefly, my stepfather died and my sister cleared his bungalow and handed it back to the council. She did not inform my brother or myself and will not give us any details of his insurance policies or bank details. My brother and I were legally adopted by him and therefore have legal rights to his estate. She thinks that because she is his genetic nok that we have no entitlement and flatly refuses to tell us anything. Can anyone give me any advice please.
Many thanks

Politians are always lieing thay may call it spin or any other name but the truth is they lie.Why is this exceptible and even considered normal in a mordern democracy.I belive if a politiam has deliberitly lied or exagerated to gain a political advantage they should be charged with a offence aginst the people and have to stand in a court of law.I know this might sound a bit hard but where else in society would you put up with such deciet?Could you imagine if a painter came to paint your house and only painted half of it and when asked why he had not carried out the works refused to answer the question.I belive they should be made more accountable with stiff sentences for those found lieing to the people no matter how small its a culture we need to iradicate.

At my work, instead of firing or laying people off, the managers will just give them zero hours (so they are still on the payroll) until they quit on their own. I think they do this so the employees can't collect unemployment. Is this legal? By the way, I live in California.

Doesn't that come under the whole 'defamation of character' thing?

Will anyone have the testicles to say it was racism(poor black girl trying to destroy a bunch of rich white boys lives)?

Has the hand of just been to lenient on our celebrities so that know when the heavy hand of justice has come down, people are out raged. Example if it would have been you or me instead of Ms. Hilton no questions we would be in jail. And not just her but many, many others sex, drugs, etc. So my questions
1) Has the system been to easy for Clebs.?
2) Why are people outraged to have a drunk driver off the streets and in jail?
3) Why do you think movie stars get special treatment?
4) How can we change the system?
5) What would you do different?

The Supreme Court rules in US v. Alvarez-Machain that it is permissible for America to abduct suspects in foreign countries and smuggle them into the United States for trial, without extradition approval from those other countries. Of course, the U.S. recognizes no reciprocal right for the reverse to happen on our soil. 1992 Supreme court ruling...it is not just bush!! there seems to be a pattern of eroding civil liberties for some time now. Do you agree? I think it is the phony war on drugs and the patriot act was designed more to further erode civil liberties than to fight terrorists as most of its measures would have done nothing to prevent or detect the terrorist acts of 9/11.

If you could assist me in any way, i would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance, and please no rude comments!!!!!!!!!!
