Ignore it and delete it.
Unless you remember entering some kind of raffle in the last month or two - and i mean writing your information on a ticket or entry form that you bought - then it's a scam.
Either by someone looking for your bank info, personal info (to access your credit), or the police looking to get you to come 'pick up your free cash!' when they really want to arrest you on an outstanding warrant.
Even responding will alert someone you probably don't want to hear from.
If it sounds too good to be true.....

not a prank, a scam. Avoid all e-mails or messages like this. Don't ever give out any information, these scams will use that info to get your identity and then your money. If you've actually won a prize, they will get it to you, believe me

I would be VERY cautious about this. Especially if it's a contest you did not enter. DO NOT send them any money or give them any personal information. If it's true, they should be able to write you a check with no questions asked.

It is most likely junk mail or spam. No one just gives away that kind of money unless you won the lottery.

Cool. It is probably a sting operation to pick up people with warrants. That is a favorite! So are vacations!

Good luck!
