I have been asked to sign a petition which asks for sterlisation of sex offenders. http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Sexoffender/
Sign if you think it's a good idea. My question is... is this effective in the USA as I am sure I read somehwere that they do this. In fact any other countries...does it work? Thanks

If the question was "do you have a condition which would impair your ability to do the job" could this question legally be answered NO if the applicant had a mental illness, (considering the applicant believed the illness was under control)?

say a 17 year old. It was they're first offence. Finger prints were taken plus picture. The officer gave some sort of summons. The parent called and they said one has to wait to recieve a letter from them. Do to the results of the finger prints have to come in. Before action is taken. How can the parent go about clearing that child's record? And do all the stores now have the childs prints and foto? The child reconizes they're mistake. The officer explained what will happen if they continue the behavior. Thank you very much in advance if you are able to help with this.

The council's make you pick up dogs poo!! not drop litter, although I see people do it!! however its still OK for youths to kick a leather football about in green area's supposedly for our pleasure? running amuck over other people's gardens, damaging plants, getting a mouthfull of abuse if you say something!! This is not pre war Britain anymore, the streets are not the same, and im sure I can't be the only one who sick to death of it!! Iv heard "they have to play somwhere" well we have two area's for football in two minute walks, but do they go there, hardly, as long as they don't have to walk, its easier for mom, or dad, they can watch the telly while other people have to put up with there ofsprings nuicance!! If there was a ballot to ban or not how would you vote, im curious.

It does not add up... your opinions?
