A drug raid was performed at a residential address and we believe that a drug seizure is being performed. How do we find out about it?

Asset forfeiture is the civil part of a criminal issue.

When a suspect is arrested, it's possible that their vehicle, boat, house, property, etc., be considered seizurable under the laws of the state.

A criminal offense report is completed and also a Condemnation/Seizure Application is forwarded to the court for judgement by the court.

If it is proven that the asset is used to sell/store/conceal/manufacture/transport illegal drugs it is considered for forfeiture action.

If it can be proven that an asset was purchased through the illegal gains of drug related activities, the asset can be considered for forfeiture.
