well i know someone who in 1 year has gotten pulled over or ticket for no licence. After that they were put on PO and the volilated when they went out of the county. Went to the jail and went to court and they were given ROR and a VOP Hearing was set. i have hear that florida set a law now if u get caught 3 times you do time but im not to sure. Three of them for no licence is a crimial violation, without knowledge and another is for no vaild licence. If anyone can please help me out with this. Thank you

also this person had gotten her licence taken away due to the fact that she had outstanding tickets too. I hope this person does do time. Due to the fact is if it was me thats where i would be is in jail.

Yep it is mandatory 30days to 1 year, most judges opt for 30 days or get a license. That's the way it is here in Colorado. It also gets you the 1st mark towards a habitual traffic offenders status which carries a 3-5 year sentence.

if you are to stupid to learn from the first two inciddents you belong in jail. Obvioulsly you have demonstrated your lack of ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. The easy solutiion is for you to STOP DRIVING!!!!!! DUH.
