yeah, frivilous lawsuits are winnable! i heard that some lady sued mcdonalds because the hot coffee burned her mouth. wow! try it! why not? my cousin is thinking about filing a frivilous lawsuit against a restaurant because they ask him if he wanted to try the fried chicken and he is black. is that cool, or what?

You have to prove it, and even if you do, they will just turn it around on you saying you are a racist.
