I've asked a question similar to this. Basically, I do not want to offend anyone I'm looking for a solid answer. The Marine recruiter told me to lie. I know not to believe everything he says. I got sworn into DEP. I think I can still get out of the DEP. However, I DO NOT WANT TO... I want to join and do this its been a dream. I've never been in any legal trouble. I've heard of fraudulent enlistment. I'd gladly pay back the money for the chance but DO NOT want dishonerable discharge. If it came down to it could I say I was told to lie? I understand they probably wouldnt listen, but I need something I CANNOT get dishonerable discharge and I WANT to do this

Do you agree?

If prostitution was legal then some of the men that just want sex can go and get it there. They don't have to lie and pretend to like a girl, saving the girl the trouble.

If prostitution was legal, then women that choose to do this can have legal protection.

It will also lower STDs/HIV transfer.

the states can collect more taxes

Most importantly, men don't have to stay frustrated because of a cold streak in their love lives! It is so unfair that women can get sex whenever they want but men can't.

-------
Degrade women? Please...have you ever talked to a prostitute? It's all about making money. There's no morals involved. Morals should not be in laws anyway because everybody has different moral standards. Working as a janitor is degrading! Why dont we make that profession illegal? Telemarketing is degrading! But they still call you dont they?

Why do u care what someone else chooses to do with her body? R u her mom/dad?

Well when she got to court the judge through the case out. they had forged her name to some documents .Can she now sue them.?She was humiliated they served hae with court papers while she was on her own clients all because of a lie.

As I was leaving I stopped to talk to a co-worker and gave him my phone number -- he said he knew of a place I could get an even better job at. The wife of the boss (she's not a superior in any way, she's just a loan officer) yells at me and says that I need to leave or she'll call the cops on me for trespassing. So... I start walking out the door and I mumble "b*tch" and head down the elevator. I get a phone call from my boss saying "Due to the actions you took as you were leaving, we're holding your check for 30 days and there may be a pending law suit."

Okay, I was NEVER a troublemaker and the reason (that the boss told me) I was getting fired was b/c I was a part-time employee and they needed to make cuts. Yes, I was upset, but I didn't start any drama... the only negative thing I said was the b*tch thing. Can they really sue me and hold my check for that long?

Governor Jon Corzine of New Jersey, who was critically injured recently in an auto crash, is a case in point. According to reports, he was NOT wearing a seat belt and his vehicle was racing at 91 mph. Of course, he wasn't driving and his vehicle had its emergency lights flashing, which may have contributed to the crash. Can we assume that the governor either consented to or requested that rate of speed? And, if you're late for a meeting, can YOU speed down the road at 91 mph?

I realise this is not guaranteed but say, if one of my loved ones was murdered I'd want anything to be tried to try to locate their remains. I think this approach could be used in the Moors murders or the Peter Falconio case in Australia, for example. Unorthodox methods have been used in police work before, like employing psychics.

I currently receive child support in the state of Illinois. I previously received help with my daughter's child care payment through Action for Children. Now my income is "too high" to get subsidy. However, my child care payments are too high to pay by myself. How can I receive help from my ex? Does my current child support order have to be changed? Do I go through child support and the state or is this a separate legal issue?

There is a girl at work who said, shamelessly that she is using her father's disabled badge.

She is not disabled, are you entitled to free parking aren't you?

The manager said I do not want to hear it because he has a disabled badge and he has a terminally ill sister.
