It is hard to do, and it is likely you could expect punitive treatment from a cabal of teachers who stick together on most issues. I would not shy away from this battle, however, as the point must be made. If you have strong proof then use it and go to the principal or dean. I would also consider hiring a lawyer, which will short circuit the system I mentioned earlier.
Lastly, push strongly for a "Student's bill of rights" that allows for challenge of grades, as well as situations where the teachers are providing biased or unintelligeable materials.
Some students have battled on this front, as in the case of teachers who teach such unfounded conspiracy theories as 9/11 was committed by Dick Cheney and Israel, and some have made headway, so don't give up.

There is no way to resolve it without calling attention to yourself. Keep in mind if you are in a Jr. High or above class the teacher likely has several hundred students and what is happening might not be with malicious intent, but an oversight or some other problem.
If you are in High School or above, the best thing to do would be to schedule a time to see your teacher either before or after school to go over your grades and what papers or tests you feel were not graded fairly. If you are in Jr. High, have a parent go with you for the meeting.
If nothing esle, by at least inquiring it shows that you care whether or not you get a good grade and they are more likely to give you the benefit of the doubt in grading future papers or puts them on notice that you know what they are doing and they will be less likely to jack you around in the future for fear you will report it to the principal.
My son is in Jr. High and became quite upset about work that he said he knew he turned in that was showing up as missing on the Edline (online grade reporting) system. When we scheduled a meeting we found out that my son had turned it in, but didn't put his name on it and that is why he had not received credit.

Well, what you can do is request a cummulative progress report to see the grades on your assignemnts. Teachers are required to keep these grades. You can go over your turned in assignments with the teacher and look at the grades he/she gave you. If the both of you are sitting there and you show the teacher an answer that is clearly correct that he/she marked wrong, then you can demand them corrected. As for doing this without bringing attention to yourself, you may be out of luck if you want your own problem fixed. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

Well, you spike their apple juice then capture them and tie them to a beam under the school. Then hypnotize them and repeat after me...
"You will ace me for this semester. And next semester. You will fail that tramp that sits in front of me. You will no longer read my test but place a 100% in the top right corner."
Trust me it works =)
Good luck.
