Of course.
All of the requirements are there:
1) Yahoo has money
and
2) you want it.
Any number of weasel attorneys are willing to assist you.

Unlikely on both counts. Freedom of expression is still tolerated (by the government) in this country and "hate" is not yet a crime in and of itself. Yahoo provides the means to report and remove content that violates its Terms of Service.

I'm wondering how you are defining hate crimes. Maybe allowing speech that the liberal left wing word police do not approve of probably. People exercising their rights to free speech, even if YOU don't like what's being said is not hate crime. Liberals need to get over themselves.

People who post 'hate' subjects on Yahoo Answers are called 'flamers'. Just report the flame, don't fall for it and don't be so dammed sensitive. Grow a pair and deal with it.
There are really very few people around here who support racism or bad behaviour.
Just report and get on with your life.

No, as they have a caveat for their against it in the community guidelines and if anyone feels that a question or answer violates this, they can report the TOS violation by clicking on the red flag in a question or an answer.
