I am doing a paper for school on gay marriage and I need to include some laws that are being passed. Where can I find information on the current laws that are being passed against gay marriage.

Although I notice that American society is very sexually open, it is shocking to find that the people who are most open and experienced about sex are the big, bad guys & the hot-looking women. The remainder of the people are either too naive to know all about sex, or are too religious about it.

Don't you wish that ALL Americans knew more about sex & are able to judge when to have a relationship and when to have some fun? And rather than putting a "ban" on sex outside marriage, would it not help if the govt. instead decided to help educated ALL Americans about sex & relationships - that way would be the best to vastly reduce or prevent STDs?

Because if only the “big” guys can have all the sexual fun they want, most likely they will also carry “big” STDs......LOL

My friend has at least 4 instances where her husband has been threatening (not to physically harm her, just threatening to take things of hers) or has just appeared at her house and job. These have not been documented with the police but she has documented them herself. Can she get a criminal stalking order? Can she represent herself? She doesn't have enough money to get a lawyer to represent her. There are 5 or 6 documents that can be filled out. it looks like most crimes are commited by repeat offenders, right? because they were released or set free. track them?how you ask?if we could plant a gps device in theyre body, then when a crime takes place, or a poor innocent child is molested or kidnapped, we could kick up the gps criminal tracking system and locate repeat offenders dead in theyre tracks...

Leftists claim to be protecting the rights of the poor against the rich, the weak against the strong, etc. As Bill Barnwell put it, "personal consciences would do well to consider the real nature of abortion: an aggressive, irresponsible act which denies personal freedom, liberty and justice to a weaker and inconvenient class of people." I was stuck behind a school bus on its route, of course I stopped behind it when the stop sign/lights flashed came on, but once it started to move I thought I could pass, as it was a 2 lane road with dashed lines in the middle? No on coming cars so I accelerated mildly to get around it. Just up ahead was another group of kids/parents waiting for it, one of the dads saw me do this and stepped right out infront of me so I was forced to stop.
then he lectured me I was doin way more than 35 ( I was'nt as I saw the kids up ahead and did'nt pass 35 on my digital speedo) I told him it was legal for me to pass, he said it was'nt and what I did was wrong/dangerous.
Was he right or was it legal for me to do this!?? I feel bad now..

My understanding is that these lawyers may quit or be fired at anytime, and this practice has been done with many presidents before Bush.

So why is this different?
