once it has been ratified, can the constitution be changed???

Of course it can. The entire Bill of Rights was an add-on to the original ratified Constitution.

Yes It would require passing a Constitutional Amendment.

Yes it's called an ammendment. It's difficult to do it, it requires a so called super majority and ratification by the states but yes it can be changed.

Of course. 18th Amendment, prohibition, was repealed.
