Here's my guess - Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and Alabama.

None are constitutionally allowed to. See Article VI, which prohibits any type of religious oath as required for officials.

But yes, there are a few states which still have those laws left over in the original state constitutions, even though the laws are unenforceable because the US Constitution preempted them.
