Traffic citation?

The traffic camera took the picture of my car. How long I am going to receive the notice from police department and how much I have to pay, I live in california.

In CA (Orange County), you have 21 days from the day the citation was issued. Typically, the cost is $250 plus fees. A friend of mine paid $364.

It will take about a month (25-30 days) and if it is your first camera offence it will cost anywhere between $125-160) depending on your previous driving record. But if i was you i would fight it, cuz i did and i got out without having to pay it and no points on the license. Best of luck to you!
