I am still employed full time on shiftwork (average 60 hrs per week) but I did experience what looked like an attempt to "constructively dismiss" me by my employers. BUT looks as if I have been able to thwart them because new laws that came in October 2005 now giving me option of appealing against "unfair dismissals" to a Tribunal, which I could not have done before. My co-workers would confirm I am doing my job just as energetically and responsibly as co-workers of half or less my age and am just as able to adapt to night shifts. as anybody else..But the new legislation still makes it legal for an employer to force somebody to retire at age of 65? Is it not right I should be protected so as to be able to carry on working into my seventies IF I WANT TO, rather than becoming a workshy layabout spongeing on younger UK taxpayers for the rest of my life, or should the younger pay higher taxes and work harder so that people like me can become bone idle and useless to mankind?

Not all of course but a very good number of them. I was watching the show cops and they are brutal with these suspects wrestling them down to the ground. It is not that the suspects are disobeying orders but they get caught by surprise and next thing they see is these cops running at them taking them down. I also know some cops in real life and they have personality flaws, I'm begging to notice a pattern they think they are better then every1 else. I think the power they possess during on duty hours messes with their brain and eventually F**** them up in the head,

Someone I have met through a friend of mine, who we thought was working towards becoming a citizen of the US, has done just the opposite.
He hasn't done anything for 2 1/2 years except work under the table, lie, be deceitful and dishonest.
I can give anyone a chance and the benefit of the doubt, but 2 1/2 years has been too long. Especially for someone who has turned out to be so underhanded.
Can you give me any information on how to have him deported?
Your help will be much appreciated.

I am the plaintiff. I have previously tried to settle the case with defendent and I have corespondance to prove it. Would it be wise to disclose it to court? Defendent never accepted this settlement clearly. But would it have any effect on the judge? The settlement that I previously agreed to? I am not suing a lot more of course.

My sister in law cannot carry a child. She has viable eggs. I have been thinking for a long time now that i would like to carry a child for her. I would not have a problem handing over a child if it was not my biological child. The baby would be going to a loving stable home with two parents. I am sure of this. I have had five babies of my own and enjoyed being pregnant. But i will not have any more of my own. So my question is how would you go about getting artifically inseminated in Qld or Nsw. Who would do it. And is it legal.I just want a few facts before i mention this to my sister in law. I know for sure that i want to do this and that i am capeable of doing this, and will probably go ahead, legal or not if she wants me to. Just doing a bit of background work.

We moved into our home this last summer. As my husband and I were doing some backyard landscaping we had a radio on in our patio, but it was at a level that we could bearly hear, however our neighbor( old and single), came over to tell us to turn it down. She has numerously knocked on our door to tell us to put the music down when my boys have it on in their bedrooms too. I have decided to allow the kids to play music, and play video games in the garage, but we followed the ordinance, that noise needs to be off by 10 pm, and that we should stand in front of our house and make sure we can't hear it from the sidewalk. We have followed all the rules, but she still calls the COPS on us, she even called the COPS because my boys were playing with pallet guns around the house. What can I do to have her stop complaining. Can I make a complaint about her nusance. She don't let us enjoy our home for one second. My Boys are teens, Young Marines and CERT certified, we are a Christian Family.

I would like to know how should I address an issue about my job who's paying teacher assistants more than the instructors who's been working at the school for years. instructors do more than teachers and I believe it's wrong for any company to do that. If I address the issue they would ask me how did I find out because we are not suppose to discuss salary at the work place. this has been going on dor too long. there's no standards on job qualification. It's like saying surgeons get pay less than janitors, please help me.
