im 15, adopted, and i feel im emotionally and mentally abused by my adoptive parents, can anyone get me a link to a list of rights i have and things and actual actions i can take to ensure this situation is taken care of? i know i must have some.

Your parents became your parents the moment the adoption went through and the legal relationship is just the same as if you were born to them, so you have no special options there. You have the option of emancipation when you turn 16, make sure you're prepared to make it on your own if you do. If it's that bad talk to other family members and see if you can arrange to live with them or let and adult you trust at your school know how you feel. I doubt CPS would get involved unless you had physical proof of abuse or lived in an unsafe environment.

I am a member of reunion.com and you can post on the message broads tons of parents are there looking for their kids...you can register with the adoption agency and through the home if there is one it is called consent to contact is what you ask for and then you sign it in front of a Morty public for about 10 dollars,you might have to be 18

Talk to your teacher or school counselor to get this advice. See a lawyer if need be -- perhaps under the circumstances you won't have to pay for a consultation. If you are being abused, don't let it go any further.

most 15 year olds feel this way. My guess is that you are not, but try seeing a school counselor.

have you reported the abuse to the police or to a social worker?
