Seems like it should be, but I don't think it is. I think it's indecent exposure. Maybe in your garage with the door closed . . .

If that parked car is in your garage and both parties are over 18 and consenting... Other wise NO
That would be indecent exposure and probably a couple of other legal words I cant spell, but I'm sure the police officer writing them on the ticket could.

depends. some states have some seriously repressive sex laws. as far as i'm concerned you can have sex almost anywhere. just not in front of the kids, they don't need the trauma, and.not in front of me, you couldn't do it with my hysterical giggles and play by play commentary, anyway. lol.

EDIT >>> reading your details, in washington age of consent is 16. most other states it's 18 and the 18 year old would be guilty of statutory rape. and of course there is the old public nudity/public indecency thing. kinda dumb question really.

It depends on how public the site, the prevailing law, & how obvious you are.

If you are within view you would be subject to laws regarding public indecency & public lewdness.

No, it's not legal. It's indecent exposure, no matter what.
You can't even have sex in your backyard.
